By accessing wallstreetinstitute.org, registering for a workshop, or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Wall Street Institute provides educational content about financial markets, including stocks, options, forex, and futures. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or licensed financial planner. Nothing on this site or in any workshop or program constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of any trading outcome.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for a workshop or enroll in a program.
Free workshops are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit attendance, reschedule, or cancel workshops at our discretion, with notice provided where practicable.
Paid programs require payment of applicable fees at the time of enrollment. Program pricing, features, and payment plan options are described on our Programs page and may be updated from time to time.
Refund requests for paid programs must be submitted in writing within 14 days of enrollment and prior to attending more than two live sessions. Refunds are not available for the free introductory workshop, as no fee is charged. Contact hello@wallstreetinstitute.org to initiate a refund request.
Trading securities, options, forex, and futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance, hypothetical results, and student testimonials are not indicative of future results. We make no representation that any student will achieve profits or avoid losses.
All course materials, recordings, and website content are the property of Wall Street Institute and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wall Street Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, workshops, or programs, including trading losses incurred after attending any session.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to hello@wallstreetinstitute.org.
